Step 1: Click and the program will let you browse your DVD disc inserted in your DVD drive, you can just select the DVD drive and click OK. And then you can select the titles or chapters you want to convert.

Step 2: Select Audio Track for your selected file (either a title or a chapter).
Select Subtitle for your selected file (either a title or a chapter)
Choose the output video or audio format from the Profile drop-down list

Step 3: Click Settings to open the Settings window

In the Video Settings, you can set Encoder, Frame Rate, Resolution and Bitrate for the output video.
In the Audio Settings, you can set Encoder, Channels, Bitrate and Sample Rate for the output audio.

Step 4: Click Browse button to specify a location on your computer to save the converted movie. If you want to open the output folder, you can just click Open Folder button.

Step 5: Click button to start converting your DVD movie to iPhone 3G. It will finish in a few seconds.
